Meet Maddy

Maddy Cook (she/her) is a an associate licensed marriage and family therapist who is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges. Her collaborative and holistic approach fosters healing, helping people reconnect with meaning, wholeness, and a stronger sense of self.

Maddy understands that our identities and life experiences shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their stories, beliefs, and relationships.

She works with children, adolescents, young adults, women of all ages, couples, and parent/child systems. Maddy has a special passion for supporting those navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship or communication challenges.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, blending practical skill-building with deeper exploration of identity, relationships, and meaning. By drawing from evidence-based models, Maddy helps clients create lasting change, strengthen their connections, and move toward authentic growth and healing.

Outside of therapy, you’ll often find Maddy spending time with family and friends, taking a Pilates class, or curled up with her dog Honey and cat Coco while enjoying a good book.
