Meet Maddy
Clinical Intern
Maddy (she/her) enjoys helping others by engaging with them in a collaborative and holistic way that cultivates healing and allows them to restore meaning and wholeness within their individual lives and relationships.
She recognizes that our varying identities have an impact on our individual lives and our healing process. She believes that our unique life experiences inform what we understand and believe about ourselves and the world around us. She strives to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for her clients where they can explore their thoughts, beliefs, and relationships and find genuine and authentic healing.
Maddy enjoys working with adolescent girls, young adults, women, and couples. Maddy has a heart and a passion for those navigating and struggling with body image, disordered eating, life transitions, communication issues, anxiety and depression and loss and grief.
She has a B.S. in Family Science and is currently pursuing her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University. When she is not seeing clients you can find Maddy enjoying time with her family and friends, taking a Pilates class, or snuggling up on the couch with her dog Honey, and her cat Coco while she reads a good book.
