Therapist Spotlight: Rosie Nebel
This month we want to highlight our wonderful therapist, Rosie!
Rosie’s specialties - Eating disorders, Body image, and Trauma
Rosie’s approach to therapy - “My therapeutic style is to create a safe space for clients to be themselves. Safety in the therapeutic relationship creates opportunities for so much exploration and growth to happen. The best part of being a therapist to me is getting to help clients discover their authentic selves, whether that's being honest about their likes and dislikes, pursuing dreams they've always had, or learning what their emotions are communicating to them. I hope to help clients live honestly and authentically; I believe that when we can do this, it builds our self esteem, leading to more fulfilling relationships, confident steps towards our goals, and actions that align with our values.”
Fun fact - “I love expressing myself by making art. If I weren't a therapist, I'd want to do something like interior design or jewelry making.”.
