Meet Rosie

Rosie (she/her) is a licensed marital and family therapist who enjoys providing individual therapy to teens and adults. Her first experience with therapy in college inspired her to turn her interest in mental health into a career. Since then, Rosie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. She has worked in residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, specializing in providing eating disorder treatment and trauma-informed care. Rosie is grateful to provide therapy at the outpatient level where she has the opportunity to form long-term relationships with her clients.

Rosie understands that trust is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship and takes great care to help her clients feel safe and to enjoy the experience of therapy. This is especially important to Rosie as she works from an attachment perspective, understanding that relationships have the power to both hurt and heal us. Most of Rosie's clients present with trauma histories, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. As an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community and Health at Every Size therapist, Rosie is committed to providing affirming care. Her main objective is to help her clients develop the confidence and the skills to live authentically. Rosie is a Nashville native and has enjoyed watching the city grow. She loves trying new restaurants with her family and friends. When she's not seeing clients or exploring the city, you can find Rosie on a long walk or at home making jewelry.
